How long does it take to warm up a mailbox?

The ideal warmup period is 2 weeks before sending cold outreach. Some mailboxes may need 4 to 6 weeks depending on the provider and sending history. Keep Warm-Up always-on after that to maintain deliverability.

Does Warm-Up work with my existing mailboxes?

Yes. Warm-Up works with any standard mailbox provider, including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, and custom domains. If you're using Salesforge, you also get free warmup for any mailbox you create inside the platform.

What is a Heat Score?

Heat Score is a real-time measure of mailbox health from 0 to 100. A score of 85 or higher means your mailbox is ready for outreach. Heat Score updates daily based on inbox placement, warmup engagement, and authentication status.

Can AI assistants use Warm-Up directly?
